With nearly twenty years of experience, Wallis began her career specializing in communications with New England Financial/MetLife, Thomas Weisel Partners (IBD – Mergers and Acquisitions) and Texas Pacific Group (Private Equity). Within the past ten years she has served as Editor in Chief of two digital publications, one of which was HandiStrong, designed to redefine what it means to be a person with a disability. Wallis also severed as Digital Content Manager for Clarks, one of the world’s largest and oldest international shoe and accessory brands. She utilizes her freelance agency WEI to provide her clients with brand specific content and design services effectively balanced to appeal to their investors, clients, and/or consumers.

Wallis also previously served on the WEC (Women’s Entrepreneurial Council), been a featured speaker at Nielsen’s What Teens Want Conference and was also invited as a guest expert by the Cadbury Global Innovation team.

As a mentor with BUILD, she assisted in the organization’s utilization of entrepreneurship to excite and propel disengaged, low-income students through high school-to-college success. In addition, Wallis has also taught enrichment courses on media for BELL, which transforms the academic achievements, self-confidence, and life trajectories of children living in under-resourced communities.
