Founded in 2001 as a non-profit (501c3) corporation, No Limits Media (NLM) is dedicated to helping all people with different-abilities (also known as disabilities) to live lives of opportunity and achievement through a variety of initiatives, including films, videos, podcasts, television, web, documentaries, art exhibits, and educational curriculum.

Larry Rothstein, Ed.D. - Co-Founder, Co-Chair
Dr. Rothstein is a leading book collaborator and author. He has co-written a number of bestselling books including those on the New York Times and Wall Street Journal lists. He is a former editor of the Harvard Business Review and the Harvard Educational Review. He is currently working on a television series about George Washington and the early days of the republic and is affiliated with the Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard and the Berklee School of Music’s Institute for Arts Education and Special Needs. He is an honors graduate of Northeastern University and holds a doctorate in public policy from Harvard University.

Artemis Joukowsky III - Co-Founder, Co-Chair Emeritus
Mr. Joukowsky has devoted much of his life’s work to improving the experience of living with multiple disabilities and promoting community services since he was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, type III, (“SMA”), when he was 14 years old. In 2002 he co-founded No Limits Media (“NLM”), with Dan Jones and Larry Rothstein, and is currently Co- Chair Emeritus. Since its founding, NLM has been committed to creating an empowering vision and to change the perceptions (both internal and external) of being disabled or, as we prefer to say “differently-abled.”
Mr. Joukowsky was a member of the United States Paralympics Team from 2002-2004, competing in the U.S. and abroad. He has also served on the Board of Families of SMA, the leading foundation for research in SMA and has served as a fundraiser and an experiential agent for a cure to his disease. His other work includes the book Raising the Bar (2006) which he co-wrote with Larry Rothstein and The Gift, a photographic exhibit in collaboration with the United Nations, which Mr. Joukowsky co-produced with Dan Jones. Mr. Joukowsky has also co-directed and produced with No Limits Media Defying the Nazis: the Sharps’ War, a documentary film about his grandparents, Martha and Waitstill Sharp, who rescued refugees and more than 200 Jewish children during World War II. Mr. Joukowsky holds a B.A. in Social Ecology from Hampshire College, and an M.A. in Psychology from Goddard College.

Sydney is a community organizer, event producer, entrepreneur, and plant medicine advocate focused on increasing awareness and education around what people can do together to sustainably solve for their basic needs of food, water, shelter, and community – thereby relying less on corporations, capitalism, and systems of oppression. She is a strong believer in the idea that all beings have the right to access what they need to not just survive, but thrive, and she’s committed to changing “the system” and “the narrative” so that resources are allocated where they are needed.
As a decentralized autonomous organization called Permatours, Sydney and other event organizers curate volunteer-driven permaculture and sustainable construction events that educate and demonstrate the power of intentional community living and building – especially for fostering more time for nurturing passions and leveraging ones gifts to serve humanity.
The traveling tour has been funded by a regenerative cryptocurrency called Seeds, rewarding earth-healing projects and behaviors. Permatours’ community members can experiment in the alternative currency and ecosystem by earning seeds for their volunteer support and using the currency to buy products and services from others who accept Seeds as payment.
Lastly, Sydney is passionate about driving traction and fundraising for No Limits Media and other not-for-profit groups focused on increasing access, inclusion, and diversity.
Glenn Hanson
Glenn Hanson
Glenn Hanson is a venture capitalist and an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience. He is currently the executive director of Colony Hills Capital.
Formerly, he was a private equity investor and co-founder of River Valley Investors, an angel investment group. Glenn was also an investor in The New Boston Fund, a private real estate firm. In addition, he was the founder and chairman of the board of Pet Angel World Services, a company that provides the highest standard of care to grieving pet families. Glenn also owned, operated, and sold The Hanson Group, a national die-making and plastic-injection-molding company.
Elaine M. Rogers

Elaine Rogers is currently an affiliated agent at Kneerim & Williams a literary and dramatic rights agency in Boston. Prior to that she was a partner and co-chair of the Entertainment and New Media department at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP. Elaine’s practice emphasizes all aspects of the entertainment and new media industry including publishing, licensing, promotion, advertising, interactive media, theater, motion pictures, television, and music, as well as the representation within the sports industry, including professional athletes and broadcasters.
She has packaged, placed, and/or negotiated a number of film/television deals with studios, distributors, networks, and financiers. Elaine has also produced feature film and television programs.
Elaine has been listed in The National Registry of America’s Who’s Who. She was also named by Boston magazine as one of Massachusetts’ “Super Lawyers” and featured in ABA Women in Communications Law “Women to Watch.”
Prior to joining the field of law, she worked as an advertising and public relations executive for several of the world’s largest firms including Burson-Marsteller, Saatchi & Saatchi (The Rowland Group), and WPP.
Tiffany Pham
Tiffany Pham
Tiffany Pham is the Founder and CEO of MOGUL an internet platform for young women around the world with more than 18 million discrete visitors a week. She is also one of the co-hosts of a new web-based program created by the producer of The View called The Positive Pushback Show.
Formerly, Tiffany Pham was the spearhead of Business Development, Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at CBS. In addition, Tiffany co-founded the Beijing International Screenwriting Competition, as featured in the New York Times. An award-winning film producer, Tiffany co-produced the hit feature film Girlfriend, winner of the 2011 Gotham Film Audience Award; Hermit, winner of the Accolade Award; and Child 31, endorsed by Celine Dion and former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Currently, Tiffany serves as an Advisor to technology start-up BuzzStarter, on the Board of Directors for No Limits Media, Board of Trustees for Provincetown Film Society, and Business Committee for the New York City Ballet. She received a BA with Distinction in International Studies and Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Christine Dunn
Christine Dunn
Christine Dunn joined the board of No Limits Media in 2012. Christine formed ArcPoint Strategy in 2014 to offer advisory services in strategic marketing, communications and executive development to senior executives. During her more than 20-year career in media, she has won multiple national and international awards, including several Best in Biz and Stevie Awards for Women in Business, as well as recognition from Bulldog Reporter and the Publicity Club of New England. Prior to starting her business, Christine honed her media strategy skills at Bloomberg News, where she worked for more than a decade as a multimedia reporter, editor and senior manager.
Christine Dunn has a Master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Tufts University.
Donna Danielewski
Donna Danielewski
Donna Danielewski, Ph.D. is Director of The National Center for Accessible Media (NCAM) at WGBH Educational Foundation in Boston. WGBH is Boston’s public broadcaster and the place where closed captioning (for people with hearing loss) and audio description (for people who are blind or have low vision) were invented in the 1970’s and 1990’s, respectively.
NCAM is the research, development, and consulting arm of WGBH’s media access services. As NCAM’s Director, Donna develops and maintains collaborative relationships with corporate and public sector partners. Donna and her team work closely with standards groups, global industry leaders and technology firms, content creators and providers, as well as cultural, academic, retail, and other organizations.
Recently, NCAM launched CADET a free, downloadable caption-authoring software that enables anyone to produce high-quality caption files that are compatible with any media player that supports the display of captions.
Stephanie Thomas
Stephanie Thomas
Stephanie Thomas is a social entrepreneur and the founder of Cur8able, a website which helps people with disabilities purchase clothing and lifestyle products that are accessible, smart, and stylish. She educates media, fashion and rehabilitation professionals about dressing people with disabilities. She is a congenital amputee missing digits on her right hand and feet.
Stephanie has given a highly praised TedX talks on the subject of disabilities, is a former television journalist, and an actor. She has a degree in business marketing, a masters in communication and a second masters in fashion journalism.
Kemba Neptune

Kemba Neptune is a public relations account manager at Clarity Media Group in New York City. Prior to that she was a Senior Account Executive at Waxman Strategies.
Prior to joining the Waxman team, Kemba worked across a variety of sectors, including science and medicine, higher education, business, finance, law, social issues and current affairs. At her last agency, Finn Partners, Kemba worked as an account executive in both the health and higher education practices to strategically position faculty research and expertise across dozens of disciplines. Before joining Finn in 2015, she was an account coordinator at 360 Public Relations where she focused on developing consumer-focused campaigns related to product launches, managing media outreach for product placements and developed strategies around brand recognition on social media.
Kemba’s strength in media relations has led to media placements in MSNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Associated Press, The Today Show, VICE News, CNN, Fast Company, NPR and more.
Kemba holds a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University’s College of Arts and Sciences with concentrations in constitutional law and sociology.
Biliana Angelova
Biliana Angelova
Biliana is a therapist, educator, and disability rights advocate with postgraduate degrees in both psychotherapy and education. She also works as a yoga and meditation teacher serving both the general public and varied patient populations, including those in the Benson-Henry Mind Body Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital and at the Center for Anxiety Studies at Boston University. She currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Community Services Program at Arbour Counseling Services—the largest program of its kind in Massachusetts.
Sergio Furtado

Sergio Furtado joined the board in 2012. Sergio has experience in the public private and political sector having worked in the fields of criminal justice, state government, and real estate. He also served as the chairperson of the Attleboro Democratic City Committee in 2013 and has run many fund raising operations for various political and non-profit campaigns. Sergio is also a member of the National Correctional Education Association. Sergio also volunteers regularly with the Joslin Diabetes Association. Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and urban and regional planning from Bridgewater State University.

Steve Marx is an independent media producer and consultant, who has produced and directed award-winning programs for broadcast television, as well as commercial and educational video for broadcast and the web. Recent projects include a television series on Boston’s neighborhoods, several projects for Boston Medical Center and The New England Zoo, and co-production of a short documentary on Personal care Attendants. He is the founder of Webshare Video, a streaming video channel in service to non-profit organizations, with a focus on issues of health and disability.
